Shayona is inspired by His Holiness Pramukh Swami Maharaj to cater for the community to ensure the values of Indian culture through its food and pride of giving back to the community was maintained.
Shayona began from the in 1999 specialising in sweetmeats and savouries, with a bit of takeaway on the side.
Everything was made on the premises, starting from paneer to ghee to sweet made with imported buffalo milk powder.
In 2004, we expanded our operations, and what was a 25m2 one shop show emerged to a fully equipped restaurant in the heart of Mayfair.
We undertake catering contracts for weddings and any other functions.
